The SEC has quietly begun the process of weighing whether to approve an exchange-traded fund (ETF) for the cryptocurrency ether ( ETH ). The backers of the EtherIndex Ether Trust  first filed  in July 2016, seeking to launch an ETF backed by a cache of ethers on the NYSE Arca exchange. NYSE Arca then filed for a proposed rule change clearing the way for the ETF listing in December, according to a notice  published  in January.

The securities and exchange commission has granted a request by the Bats BZX Exchange, Inc. to review its decision of disapproving the bitcoin ETF back in March this year. According to a  document  signed by Eduardo A. Aleman, Assistant Secretary at the SEC: “The petition of BZX for review of the Division’s action to disapprove the proposed rule change by delegated authority be GRANTED; and It is further ORDERED that any party or other person may file a statement in support of or in opposition to the action made pursuant to delegated authority on or before May 15, 2017.”

Hi there, The  State Agency  for eGovernment in Ukraine and Bitcoin mining manufacturer  BitFury  recently  announced  a memorandum of interaction and cooperation to create  “the first full-scale Blockchain eGovernance program for Ukraine." According to the announcement, the program will begin with a pilot project introducing Blockchain technology into  Ukraine’s eGovernment platform . The pilot will primarily focus on using blockchain technology in state land registries, public services, social security, public health and the energy sector. When the pilot is complete, the program will expand into all other areas, including cybersecurity.

So many altcoins have gone vertical in the past couple of weeks that I have had to adjust my scales in almost all cases, to accommodate the current stratospheric prices when compared to prices just a couple months ago. Litecoin Here is the 3 hour chart for litecoin. As you can see, the 2 nd  arc, of the 2 nd  pair, stopped the rally and then stopped it on the 2 nd  test of the same arc more recently. However, barring an unexpected reversal in the next 10 minutes, price will finally close above the arc pair, suggesting a buy signal on the 3 hour chart. Resistance is seen in the $13 area.

Ho iniziato ad interessarmi a Bitcoin, dai primi tempi, ma ho considerato ( e per molto tempo ) btc come un interessante e sofisticato esperimento di crittografia , senza alcun effetto sulla vita reale. Vuoi per la continua fluttuazione del suo valore, vuoi per l’impossibilità di spendere agevolmente btc. In effetti alcuni anni fa’, addirittura scambiare o rivendere btc per moneta fiat , non era per niente facile.. tutt’altro . Figuriamoci poi chi possedeva btcoin agli albori .. sicuramente la difficoltà principale era non solo quella di conservare correttamente btc, ma soprattutto quella di capire che cosa stava maneggiando. Tuttavia, specialmente negli ultimi tempi, le cose sono cambiate , e non poco ! Eco perche’ ho deciso che vivere con bitcoin si puo’ e non è affatto difficile.
