Con le NFT si sono notevolmente amplificate le opportunità, grazie a fattori come unicità, proprietà, liquidità, che di fatto hanno permesso di collegare casi della vita reale e della quotidianità, alla Blockchain.
Gli NFT sono essenzialmente applicazioni decentralizzate, che godono dei
benefici e delle proprietà dei ledger pubblici sottostanti, grazie ai quali gli NFT possono essere verificati, coniati, venduti e acquistati con dati verificabili pubblicamente e i record di trading memorizzati in modo teoricamente persistente senza essere manipolati una volta che le transazioni sono considerate confermate.
Grazie agli NFT è letteralmente esplosa l'industria del gioco e diversi sono i “cripto-giochi” che stanno spopolando, non solo tra i più giovani, molteplici sono le opportunità sia di intrattenimento che di guadagno ( si pensi solo ai giochi di allevamento ) e grazie ai collezionabili digitali si sono affermate e potenziate le industrie delle Trading card, immagini digitali , beni immobili virtuali , nomi di dominio , diamanti, immobili e molto altro ancora.
Il futuro degli NFT e della Blockchain si rivolge anche all’industria del Metaverso, grazie alla creazione di uno spazio collettivo virtuale condiviso che permette diversi tipi di attività digitali, in un ambiente decentralizzato ideale per il mondo virtuale online. Staremo a vedere.
AZIONI FRAUDOLENTE NEL DIRITTO DI PROPRIETA’
Sebbene la blockchain permetta la verifica dei record coniati per generare le NFT, la maggior parte (la quasi totalità) di questi sono pseudo-anonime, gli utenti malintenzionati possono nascondere anche parzialmente la loro identità e sfruttare questa opportunità per interessi personali non sempre legali.

Su Rarible, un sito in cui le persone possono acquistare NFT, era apparso un profilo verificato che si presume provenisse da lui, il che significa che qualcuno si è preso il tempo di impersonarlo durante tutto il processo di verifica sulla piattaforma .
"Ero sostanzialmente infastidito dal fatto che qualcuno mi avesse verificato su quella piattaforma", dice Laufman. “Per anni ho avuto a che fare con il furto della mia arte. E io sono un po' insensibile a questo. Ma quando qualcuno afferma di essere te... questo sai, mi fa incazzare” !.
Ma solamente dopo che alcune persone hanno denunciato il furto e Laufman ha lanciato alcuni messaggi su Twitter, Rarible ha rimosso il profilo, non prima però che uno dei suoi fan avesse acquistato un NFT.

According to the results of a report published by Arcane Research, bitcoin hashrate is constantly being taken over by US public companies listed on major US exchanges.
The current data shows that the share of listed mining companies, in the bitcoin hashrate today is about 19%, which is 3% more than in January 2021.
The largest hashrate was captured by: Hive Blockchain, Cleanspark, Riot Blockchain, Marathon Digital Holdings, Bitfarms and Hut 8 Mining, as well as 26 public companies engaged in mining.
The danger of this trend is that this growth will continue strongly until large U.S. companies capture the lion’s share of the hashrate. This is because the world is experiencing a chip shortage and competition for new high-performance ASICs is intensifying.
Companies competing for large supplies of ASICs must have huge resources to pay large manufacturers of the new, more energy-efficient, high-performance ASICs up front for many months, freezing funds.

I comitati ECON e LIBE hanno votato per approvare una proposta che richiederebbe ai fornitori di servizi crittografici come gli scambi , di raccogliere informazioni personali da individui che effettuano transazioni per un valore superiore a € 1.000 utilizzando i cosiddetti portafogli crittografici offline.
Questi wallet sono tali perché la chiave privata non appartiene a terzi, ma solo al diretto proprietario della criptovaluta e sono: Metamask, Ledger, Trezor.
La bozza finale è stata approvata a stragrande maggioranza.
