APRIRE UN CONTO CORRENTE IN UNA BANCA NORVEGESE .


Dear Mr. RINNOVA,

Thank you for your request to become a customer of our bank.

Please note that non-residents of Norway are subject to a minimum deposit requirement. The minimum deposit is currently EUR 100.000.- (Must be exchanged to NOK, we do only offer savings account and fixed interest accounts in NOK)

To your information, we are only opening accounts for non-resident customers from EU and Canada.

If you are a Greek citizen, you may apply for an account in DNB Bank Luxemburg, the minimum deposit there is EUR 500 000. There you may contact Mr. Gran at gran@dnbgroup.lu

Proceeding:
In accordance with the bank’s internal rules, as well as Norwegian and international anti-money laundering legislation (see enclosed information) we require the following documentation and information as a basis for accepting new customers:

·         Application to open an account – see enclosed form.

·         Confirmation from your main bank (in English) of your home address and customer relationship – see enclosed form
·         Color copy of your passport (reisepass), certified as a true copy by an embassy/consulate, DNB office or another bank in an EEA country, Canada or the US. The name of and contact information for the person who certifies the copy must be clearly legible and it must be able to use the provided information for verification purposes.

·         Copy of the enclosed letter specifying the type of account you would like and signed in confirmation of your acceptance of our terms and conditions – see enclosed form

According to current Norwegian regulations, all bank customers must have a Norwegian national identification number. The bank will apply for such a number on behalf of foreign customers. The application will be sent as soon as we have received the documents specified above. It generally takes about 4 – 5 weeks for the authorities to process the application

We will thereafter open the account as requested and send you the account documents and the online banking service contract. The code-generating device and PIN number for accessing the online banking service will be sent as soon as we receive the duly signed account and online banking service agreements. You will thereafter be able to operate the account via the online banking service.
